In this note, we are going to show you some of the security-related projects we have been working on lately, told from a simple perspective for a high-level understanding that allows the reader to know Intermedia’s strengths.

Smart Home Security

An iOS mobile app for smart homes with security cameras.

The application is designed for users who want to control their home security cameras directly from their mobile devices.

It currently allows you to create an account and store both exterior and interior cameras in it.

Once added, the user can view their content in real time, receive notifications if motion is captured, move the camera direction, and send voice audio.

Future plans include adding more smart devices, like sensors and alarms. These devices will have fully customizable notifications and locations.

Smart Home Security is an iOS app developed with Swift.

Know your customer (KYC) 

The project is based on a platform for identity validation. 

In this project, we mainly worked on the integration of an SDK with a library of tools to scan passports, driving licenses and identity documents.

ML KIT from Google was used to recognize the images and text, as well as having a highly important security component.

As a result, we have created a product that is easy to use for third parties, standardizing the communication between developers and the SDK.
